Revocation policy
If you are participating in the event/online course offered by the QS-Akademie as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have the right to revoke your declaration of intent to participate without stating reasons. You may submit your revocation within 14 days after conclusion of the agreement regarding the participation in the event/the online course to

Your declaration must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. The timely submission of the revocation suffices to comply with the observance of the deadline.
We are providing you with the following sample form to exercise your right of revocation. You are not obliged to use this sample form.
Consequences of the revocation
In the event of revocation, we will immediately refund to you the participation fee that you have already paid.
The refund will be made using the payment method chosen at the time of booking.
